The Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute participated in the “American Food Festival” held by ATO Beijing in the Kerry Center Hotel and the Radisson SAS Hotel from March to April 2006. Skilled chefs used wild Alaska king salmon, king crab and black cod to prepare attractive dishes. As all of the dishes met local tastes, Alaska seafood was easily accepted by those who came in for the promotion.
