Alaska seafood has left a deep impression on the chefs from Westin Hotel Nanjing after last year’s chef training at the hotel. Thus, ASMI joined hands with Westin Hotel in Nanjing again to stage Alaska Seafood Festival this year on March.

The event lasts for two months from Mar 2nd to May 31st, 2012. Alaska seafood can be enjoyed as buffet or a-la-carte menu at the cafe restaurant. The main products for this festival included Alaska sockeye salmon, snow crab, yellow fin sole and Pollock roe which are all very popular among consumers.
