On December 21st, 2012, ASMI joined hands with Suguo Supermarket and conducted a training program for purchasing department in Nanjing Suning Universal Hotel. The purchasing department of over 20 Suguo outlets joined this activity. ASMI gave a detailed introduction on various Alaska seafood products in the training program which enabled the purchasing staffs to have a better understanding of Alaska seafood. After the speech, a guest-chef invited by ASMI cooked some dishes using Alaska seafood as ingredients including Alaska salmon, Pacific cod, black cod, snow crab, yellowfin sole and Pollock roe. Every participant had the opportunity to taste Alaska seafood which left them with a deep impression. Very positive feedbacks from attendees were gained after the activity.
