Ingredients:
Alaska yellowfin sole —- 300g
Light soy sauce —– 10ml
Vinegar —– 10ml
Crushed garlic —– 15g
Chinese pepper oil —- 10ml
Sugar —- 10g
Tahini —- 15ml
Sesame oil —– 15ml
Hot pepper sauce —— 50g
White sesame —— 10g
Crushed American pistachios —– 20g
Chopped scallions —– 10g

Direction:
1. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, crushed garlic, Chinese pepper oil, sugar, tahini, sesame oil and hot pepper sauce.
2. Cut Alaska yellowfin sole into large pieces and steam them on a plate; add the mixed sauce to it.
3. Sprinkle white sesame, crushed American pistachios and chopped scallions on the top.
