ASMI Barbecue Reception in Hong Kong

For ASMI’s annual gathering, a BBQ reception was held in Hong Kong’s Conrad Hotel on February 17th, 2006. Approximately 70 local seafood traders, supermarket buyers and hotel chefs attended the reception where Alaska salmon, king crab, snow crab and black cod were highlighted. All participants enjoyed the special flavor of Alaska seafood. Additionally, ASMI was able to consolidate relationships with Hong Kong suppliers through this activity.
