ASMI menu promotion in Guangzhou

The White Swan Hotel held an Alaska seafood festival in its Silk Road Grill Room and River Garden Shop from March 19 to April 6. French chef, Mr. Mardanni, prepared dishes such as Alaska salmon ceviche with oranges, capers and roasted chili, and grilled marinated Alaska king salmon. Through the menu promotion, consumers were able to experience fresh and pure Alaska seafood.
