On Nov. 14th, 2013, ASMI China conducted a chef seminar welcoming more than 50 chefs from over 40 5-star and high-end hotels or restaurants in Portman Ritz-Carlton Hotel Shanghai. In order to highlight the features of Alaskan seafood, ASMI China invited the sophisticated chef to do cooking demo and meanwhile 6 exquisite-designed recipes were attributed to all the attendees. After the event, the theme of Alaskan seafood, “Wild, natural and sustainable” became more impressive after sincerely and warmly discussion.  IMG_0017
