ASMI has successfully organized a chef seminar at Crown Plaza hotel in Shenyang on April 12, 2011. More than 100 chefs attended the seminar. An introduction presentation has been delivered to educate chefs about the unique feature of the Alaska seafood. Meanwhile, a guest chef was invited to do cooking demonstration using various Alaska seafood and help the participants enhance the knowledge related to preparing and cooking of Alaska seafood. Special recipes were developed by the guest chef in advance. Wide varieties of Alaska seafood have been used as highlights throughout the event to fully expose the AK seafood products and to effectively build up excellent product image among local customer.
