Alaska black cod —- 100g
Dried mushrooms —- 30g
Ham —- 30g
Egg —- 1
Water starch —– 10g
Soy sauce —– 15ml
Vinegar —- 10ml
Salt —- 3g
Broth —– 500ml

1. Steam Alaska black cod and then mince the black cod; shred dried mushrooms and ham.
2. Boil the minced cod with shredded mushrooms and ham in broth; season the cod with salt, vinegar and soy sauce; then add water starch.
3. Drizzle egg white to the broth until cooked through.
