Menu Promotion at 3R Restaurant in HK

Food safety and health food remain top factors in food consumption in China and Hong Kong, but the growing interest in fusion food is also a key trend to stay on top of. At the 3R Restaurant in Hong Kong, Italian and French fusion cuisine combined together leaves diners very content. The food is inspired by Chef Kenneth Chan who is the Grand Medal winner of Hong Kong’s at Food Festival Culinary Awards. Around 300 hundred consumers enjoyed the specially prepared Alaska seafood dishes during the promotional period, lasting from February 23rd to March 31st, 2009. Over 3MT of Alaska seafood including Alaska king crab, Dungeness crab, snow crab, cod, black cod, king salmon and sockeye salmon were ordered for the event, all of which are now used on a long-term basis. The promotion was further boosted by a full-page ad placed in the popular Hong Kong “Eat & Travel Weekly” magazine. Special POS materials like poster and standing banner were produced and used to decorate the restaurant.
