Pacific Cod Pastry(Dim Sim)

100g Alaska Cod
25g Chopped onion and carrot pieces
30g low-gluten flour
2 tablespoons fresh cream
1/2 tsp Garlic and ginger powder
Tomato sauce and oil
1 whole egg
Bread crumbs
2 tsp Shaoxing wine
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Blend Alaska cod with chopped onions, carrot pieces, low-gluten flour, fresh cream, garlic and ginger powder, salt, black pepper. Mix well with Shaoxing wine until a delicious fish paste develops.
Shape fish paste into round, coat with bread crumbs to fry until the surface turns golden brown and crispy. Remove and strain. Serve with tomato sauce.
