Restaurant & Bar Show Hong Kong

From May 9 th to 11 th , ASMI participated in the Restaurant & Bar Show at the Hong Kong Convention and Exposition Center . Most visitors were traders and food service insiders from Hong Kong , Macao and Guangdong . Alaska seafood drew a lot of attention from visitors because of its high quality and excellent appearance. Visitors all spoke highly about Alaska seafood and were particularly impressed by the tasting. Through the show ASMI learned that Alaska seafood is already widely used in many hotels and restaurants, and the trend continues to spread. Some HRI managers wanted information about local importers and suppliers so that they may be able to offer Alaska seafood in their own establishments.
