Alaska yellowfin sole —- 300g
Black fungus —- 50g
Rice wine sauce —- 30ml
Broth —- 200ml
Starch —- 10g
Cooking wine —— 5ml
Salt —- 1g
Water starch —– some

1. Cut Alaska yellowfin sole into thick slices; marinate with starch, salt and cooking wine.
2. Boil black fungus in broth; add Alaska yellowfin sole until cooked through; then pour rice wine sauce and add water starch to thicken the broth.

Cooking time: 15 minutes
