Ingredients:
Alaska black cod —- 300g
Salted duck egg yolk —- 3
Starch —– some
Ground black pepper —- 5g
Salt —- 3g

Direction:
1. Slice Alaska black cod; marinate the cod with salt.
2. Add starch and ground black pepper into Alaska black cod, mix well.
3. Fry Alaska black cod and then reserve.
4. Stir fry salted duck egg yolk; add fried Alaska black cod; wrap the cod with salted egg yolk.

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
