Alaska halibut —- 200g
American pistachio —– 30g
Bitter melon —– 100g
Fermented soy bean —– 10g
Light soybean sauce —- 10ml
Sugar —- 5g
Minced garlic — 5g

1. Slice Alaska halibut; seed and slice bitter melon.
2. Stir fry sliced Alaska halibut with sliced bitter melon; then take out.
3. Stir-fry minced garlic with fermented soy beans; add Alaska halibut, bitter melon and American pistachio; add sugar and soybean sauce.

Cooking time: 15 minutes
