Alaska sea cucumber —- 100g
Beech mushrooms —- 50g
Minced garlic —- 5g
Oyster sauce —- 20ml
Minced scallions —- some
Sesame oil — 5ml

1. Wash Alaska sea cucumber and cut into thick slices; remove the roots of beech mushrooms.
2. Heat the oil and stir fry the minced garlic; add Alaska sea cucumber and beech mushrooms to stir-fry; add oyster sauce, and stir-fry until cooked through.
3. Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish minced scallions before serving.
