Egg —- 4
Salt —– 3g
Cooking wine —- 5ml
Minced scallions —– 5g

1. Take the meat out of Alaska snow crab.
2. Beat eggs with sugar and cooking wine; add crab meat, and fully mix the egg and crab meat;
3. Warm oil until medium heat; pour the egg mixture into the wok; heat over medium-fire until cooked through; garnish the egg with minced scallion.
