Ingredients:
Alaska yellowfin sole —– 400g
Sweet soybean paste —- 30g
Cooking wine —- 10ml
Minced scallions, ginger and garlic —– 15g
Starch —- some
Sugar —- 10g

Direction:
1. Cut Alaska yellowfin sole into large pieces; coat yellowfin sole with starch; then deep fry until cooked.
2. Stir fry minced scallions, ginger and garlic; add sweet soybean paste and sugar; add some water and then boil it. Then put yellowfin sole into the wok and simmer until cooked through.

Cooking time: 20 minutes
