White Swan Hotel Guangzhou Holds Alaska Seafood Festival

On July 18, 2007, the White Swan Hotel Guangzhou teamed up with ASMI to host an Alaska seafood festival. The purpose of the event was to introduce delicious Alaska seafood to hotel visitors and the people of Guangzhou. The Alaska seafood dishes created by famous Chinese chef, Zhuang Wei Jia, were simply amazing. On July 18, the White Swan Hotel hosted an opening ceremony for the Alaska seafood festival. Chefs from different high-end hotels, journalists, ATO representatives and the hotel’s vice manager attended the event. The White Swan Hotel’s chef performed cooking demonstrations which enhanced the atmosphere of the ceremony.
